Krista Greeley (she/her)
I am a first-year PsyD student under the supervision of Dr. Ashley Balsom. I grew up in Conception Bay South, NL. I love to spend a lot of time walking my wiener dog, Piper. I also enjoy running and spending time with friends. I love to travel when I can, I would love to go to Ireland some day!
Research Interests
My main research interests are in health psychology. I aim to improve quality of life in individuals with chronic health conditions. In my master’s degree, my research focused on using cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia to treat fatigue among cancer survivors. I am very excited to continue my work with cancer survivors in the Psycle Lab where my doctoral dissertation will examine the needs and preferences of adapting an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy intervention for cancer survivors experiencing infertility. With this research, I hope to inform future interventions to focus on treating the unique symptom burden of cancer-related infertility.
